All One day hires start from time of collection and are for
24hrs only.
Booking for more
than 24hrs
Please note that once you have booked your hire, we are unable
to issue refunds for any vehicle returned before the booked
return date. This is due to the fact that when we book a vehicle
to you for the period you asked for we are unable to take
bookings for that vehicle on the dates booked.

No
additional drivers allowed, only the insured hirer.
D.V.L.A
License Checks
Any
licence checks calls to DVLA Swansea are charged at £5:00 (Hirer
must be present for this due to data protection act)
Re-Fuelling
Charges
Any
vehicle returned without the same amount of fuel when hired will
be charged at £1:15 per litre.
Cleaning Charge
If the vehicle is not returned in satisfactory condition a
charge of £25.00 add to your invoice to cover the valet cost.
Returning Vehicles
All vehicles must be returned in business hours. Prior arrangements can be
made to return vehicles outside opening hours.
Parking – Congestion - Speeding – Fines
All Parking, Congestion, Speeding fines is the reasonability of the Hirer,
an administration Fee of £15.00 will be charged to inform the authorities of
the name and address of the driver that has committed an offence.
